We design and produce custom molded rubber parts within 20 days of lead time, products includes seals and gaskets, bushings and washers, Isolators and bumpers, rubber bonded to metal and plastic parts, and parts with liquid silicone rubber plus plastic double shots. All these parts are widely used in Automotive industry, home appliances, oil and gas fields and pharmaceutical fields. We have a functional lab and R&D team to support us for product development and our QA/QC will control the production quality to meet customer's requirements through DFM, PFMEA, PPAP & SPC.
